Staying truthful in all circumstances

The word of God tells us in Ephesians 4 vs 25 in the new testament, that we should always be truthful in our words. This is quoted below.

"So you must stop telling lies. Tell each other the truth, because we all belong to each other in the same body." - Ephesians 4:25 (New Century Version)

The ninth commandment which was given to the world verbally and directly by God himself in the time of moses, also points to this narrative. God instructs us, to avoid testifying falsely against our neighbours, which by inference means that, we should shun the act of making misleading statements or untrue speeches.

That's not to say we should go on revealing sensitive information to strangers, of course not. Rather, the word of God tells us that we should be truthful in our dealings with our fellow men, women and children, as it pleases God, when we say speak authentic responses to questions.

God does not like lies, so therefore we must obey this commandment from God, to be always honest in our relationships with people, in order for us to be heaven-ready when Jesus Christ returns the second time, to put the world to an end (as expressed in Hebrews 9 vs 28 and Matthew 28 vs 20 respectively).
